Eren Kruger was an Eldian spy posing as a Marleyan officer in the Public Security Authorities. He founded the Eldia Restorationists, and used the pseudonym the Owl (フクロウ Fukurō) to communicate. Secretly, he possessed the power of the Attack Titan.
