Although typically mild-mannered, if his hunger reaches a critical point, he undergoes a wild, beast-like transformation. When famished, he reportedly begins to see the legs of his Kurotama Dorm roommate, [Aso](https://anilist.co/character/362379/Akuta-Aso), as giant daikon radishes. Aside from his prodigious appetite, he feels he has no other redeeming qualities; he suffers from an inferiority complex, worrying that he is utterly lacking in individuality. He transforms into Modern Yellow.
