In 2008 he pleaded guilty to 2 charges of possessing child pornography and 1 charge of distributing it. He served a 20 month sentence. In June, 2020 he was charged with 2 additional counts of distributing child porn and 3 counts of accessing it.
In July 25th, 2020 his body was found in Minden Lake, Ontario.
